ECD A Field for All – Father and Son
Leonard Chumo Falex, Kenya

When Leonard entered the ECD field ten years ago, he was amazed at the incredible opportunity life presents to us at such an early age. He expresses his excitement for the current momentum of ECD in our world and how it is critical that we start reinforcing and profiling the investment in early childhood education.

Leonard is currently managing the implementation of a project in five southeastern African Countries at the Aga Khan University Institute for Human Development in Nairobi, Kenya. Inspired by his heart-warming goal to be the lens through which his son sees the world, Leonard is proud to be a global advocate in this field, impacting the future lives of the world’s children.

“I would like to be the lens through which my son sees the world.”

– Leonard Chumo Falex, Kenya

People who commit their lives to young children and their families have powerful stories to tell and we can find our own hope and inspiration as we listen.  WoFo Global Café is the space where people gather to share their stories.  Stop by for tea and find affirmation and companionship.
