Janet Gonzalez-Mena, a lifetime advocate for children, was honored by Pikler Lóczy USA during the Third Annual Pikler USA Conference back in October of 2019. Presented by Bonnie and Roger Neugebauer, Janet received the Founders Award for her outstanding commitment and dedication to the children of the world. Janet is known throughout the United States and the world for her writing and trainings, focused most often on babies, children with a range of needs, and engagement with diversity. She is thoughtful, wise, and humble.
