Insights from Pakistan’s Minister of State
Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman, Pakistan

Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman will surprise you.  Although he comes from a nation that has been embroiled in conflict for decades, he remains committed to and optimistic about the prospects for young children in his nation.  We interviewed Muhammad in Siem Reap, Cambodia at the Asia-Pacific Regional Network for Early Childhood Annual Conference.  He shares his conviction that support for children and families must start a year before a child is born.
