At the 2019 World Forum on Early Care and Education, National Representative, Patsy Pillay kicked off the opening ceremonies with a story of a community based playground for young children of numerous backgrounds in her home country of South Africa. Patsy shared with the delegation that it is our job to be advoactes for the world’s children as they are undoubtedly the most precious asset of all our countries!
